On her wedding day, all that stands between a young woman (Kiersey Clemons) and marital bliss with her soon-to-be husband (Leon Bridges) is surviving the chaos and expectations of family and friends, each intensifying her spiraling panic.
“The Young Wife” is a comedy/drama movie that stars Kiersey Clemons as Celestina, a woman amid her coming marriage that begins to shake her to her core. When the reality of what journey she’s about to embark on begins to dawn on her, Celestina starts to view the wedding as a party and requests it is treated as such.
Still, as she becomes overwhelmed with the preparations, she wrestles with more she hasn’t yet told her husband-to-be.
